Keulemans, John Gerrard

John Gerrard Keulemans (1842–1912) was a Dutch bird illustrator known for his detailed and accurate depictions of avian species. Born in Rotterdam, Netherlands, Keulemans developed an early interest in natural history, which led him to pursue a career in scientific illustration.
